• 9:45 am - arrive and unload

• 10:30 am - subs/tuning

• 11:00 am - battery warmup

• 11:30 am - transition to full ensemble

• 12:19 pm - official warmup time

• 12:37 pm - transition

• 12:43 pm - ready for performance

• 12:52 pm - performance

• 1:01 pm - refold floor and meet

• Students are encouraged to stay and watch the rest of the performances of day
