Few things make us happier than hearing the first cadence of the drumline and watching our Roswell Hornet Band & Color Guard march into the stadium for the first home game of the season. As band boosters, we know all the work that goes into preparing for that first step off.
The upcoming 2023 marching season is a big one! Your generous corporate donation make it possible for us to compete at the highest level and keep the cost of our programs affordable to all students and families of Roswell High School! The Roswell High School Hornet Band & Color Guard are thriving, talented, and extremely competitive! We invite you to be part of something great in 2023-2024!
In addition to making a tax deductible cash donation, you will have direct access to over a 100 band families and students from the school. From mentions on our social media accounts that have over a 1,000 followers to our weekly Newsletter the Stinger that goes to all families in the band, to our community out reach programs like M.A.R.C.H. and our quarterly news letter that is sent to over 1,000 former band families and student alumni. We feel this offers an excellent value to get the word out directly to your potential customers. If you are interested in a wider exposure consider our Overture, Symphony or Opus Level packages to advertise directly at our home home football games in Roswell, GA at the Ray Manus stadium with 3,000 fan seating capacity for each home game.

Roswell Hornet Band CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP
Sponsorship Year 2023-2024 ending May 31, 2024
Term of agreement is for a 12 month (1 year period) Band season beginning from June 1 of this year to May 31 of the next year. Donations can be cumulative and can be Product/Services and/or Cash based to determine annual sponsorship level. Renewals are not automatic. The number of sponsor spots are limited; we can accept a finite number per category/industry. Please email Lynn Fagan at fundraising@roswellband.com if you have any questions.
The Roswell High School Band Boosters Association (RHSBBA) is a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code – EIN 20-5311215. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
