I love all things Roswell...the community, the schools, the opportunities offered for my children and family. It’s the reason my husband and I moved here when expecting our first child in 2006. During the three years my daughter has been part of the RHS band program, I have enjoyed helping with the uniforms, pit crew, chaperone jobs to name a few and serving as co-president for the boosters for the last year! The opportunity to serve on the Roswell band board with such an amazing team of folks is such an honor and one that I do not take lightly.
My family consists of my husband of 23 years, Chris, a daughter that is a junior, Ansley, and a son that is an 8th grader at EPMS, Gabriel. When we are not at a band performance, you can usually find us on a baseball field somewhere with either my husband or son playing. We are also active in the youth program at our church and the Roswell Rec baseball program.

I am excited to help serve on the RHSBBA board as the new Co-President. Being a part of this
group of fun and passionate students and families is a true joy. My husband Will and I moved
to Roswell in 2002 and love being part of this vibrant, growing community. We have been
cheering on RHS for many years through rec sports, Jr. Hornets, football, and band. Our son,
Ben, is a sophomore and plays baritone in the band. Our older son, Toby, is a class of 2022 RHS
graduate and is now at the University of Tennessee. Professionally, I am a consultant at Veeva
Systems, a cloud-based application provider in the life sciences industry. In previous years, I
have also served as Vice President of Fundraising for RHSBBA and as Class Representative for
the RHS Football Touchdown Club.

Co-Vice President
My wife, Shannon, and I have been a part of the Roswell community since we moved here in 2000. As a former high school band member, I am excited to see our children grow in their musical endeavors. While this is my first year on the board, I have supported the band through three years on the pit crew. Shannon and I have been married 22 years and have three children. Trinity, Class of 2020, is one of the drum majors for the Swarm and plays Baritone Saxophone. She has loved the Roswell band since day one and it has been amazing to watch her thrive through her high school years. Kalyn, Class of 2023, is looking forward to joining the Color Guard when she enters RHS in the fall. Xander, Class of 2025.
I am the owner of a small landscape company, Eden Again Inc. My family and I are also very actively involved in our church, Crabapple First Baptist, where I volunteer in the youth ministry and serve as a deacon. I am looking forward to being a more involved part of this great organization.

My family moved to Roswell, GA in 2013 after relocating from Port St Lucie, FL. My wife Lori and I have 2 children (Kelsey and Kaylee). Our oldest joined the RHS Band as a freshmen and Lori and I quickly joined the Band Family as well! I enjoy volunteering and DIY activities which makes working with the kids and building props fun! Our youngest is also active in middle school band making this a true family activity for us!

Vice President, Support Services

I'm excited to serve on the Band Boosters for a second year as Vice President of Support Services. My son, James, is a sophomore who plays alto saxophone in the Marching Band and bass drum in the Indoor Drumline. It's wonderful to be part of this supportive and inspiring musical community.
In the support services role, I manage volunteers for band events. Volunteers provide the behind-the-scenes foundation so our Hornets can shine on the field, in the stands and on stage. We simply cannot have safe (and fun!) band events without our band volunteers. From the bakers, prop builders, drivers, photographers, chaperones, fundraisers, concession stand volunteers, pit crew, uniform helpers and more, we are so grateful for your help! If you ever have any questions about how you can get involved with the band, please reach out, I'd love to help find a one-time or ongoing volunteer role for you.
When not cheering for the Hornets at a RHS Band event or at work (I work for a local non-profit youth development organization) or with my family, you can find me out running or hiking.

Communications Director

I am excited to be the Director of Communications for the RHS Band Booster Association this year. My son Will is in the class of 2024 and has been in band since middle school, playing the tuba/sousaphone and the trombone. I love being a band mom! I enjoy volunteering during the fall at marching band games and love dancing along (badly) to the stand tunes played by our kids. I've been married to my husband Mike since 2003, and my day job is in Human Resources at Deloitte, where I've worked for 21 years. We moved to Roswell from Sandy Springs in 2015, and we love it here. When not working or volunteering with the band, you can find me scrapbooking or with my nose buried in a book.

I am thrilled to be a part of the Roswell High school band family! I started in band in 4 th grade,
and continued through middle, high school, and college Marching Band (Go Blue!), as well as
playing in several community bands as an adult. I moved to Roswell in 2002, and my husband
John (a Georgia native) and I have two teenage boys, Gus (9 th – Trombone, Baritone) and Nat
(7 th – Baritone), doing our part to populate the low brass section. We also have two goofy cats.
I have a long and ridiculous history of over-volunteering, serving on various nonprofit boards,
committees, and work groups. I’m currently also serving on the Keep Roswell Beautiful Board of
directors. For my day job, I work as an Environmental Scientist, supporting lots of cities and
counties with their stormwater planning, permits, and reporting requirements, as well as a
bunch of other water-related stuff. In my spare time, I like to read books, watch birds, play
games, and grow plants.
Mark Griffin
Treasurer
My name is Mark Griffin and I will be proud to serve as Treasurer for the RHS Band Booster Association. My son, Jack is part of the Class of 2024 and is very much enjoying his band experience. My wife, Michelle will be supporting Jack and the band program in many volunteering efforts. We also have a daughter that graduates from North Springs High in 2022. I work in the commercial payments division at Fifth Third Bank and have lived in Atlanta since 1996. Our family moved to Roswell in 2007 and this is firmly our home.
