Our largest fundraiser annually focuses on staffing concessions stands during shows at Amerisbank Amphitheatre. We receive a portion of sales and 100% of all tips earned by our volunteers at each event. The more volunteers and shows we cover, the more money our organization earns. It's a fun opportunity to get to know your fellow band parents and - at many stands - to hear some great music as well!
As an added incentive, band families receive a $40 credit per shift on their student's account, to be applied towards any band fees. Parents who obtain a pour license will receive $50 for the first 5 shifts while the license is active. Please review the available dates and sign up to help. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
