It's that time of year to pay for classroom band fees! There’s a “classroom band registration link“ on each student's MTK account. That’s where the classroom band fee of $75 can be paid. These fees go towards repairing instruments, paying sectional teachers, LGPE fees, purchasing concert music, and much more.

The link to buy 3rd Quarter meals is now available on your Membership Toolkit (MTK) account. Go to the My Account, My Forms tab to purchase weekly (weekly purchases must be made by Thursday at noon for that Friday’s game) or to buy for the whole season (select 5 from the # of home games). Each meal includes a main (hamburger, cheeseburger, hot dog, or 2 grilled cheese), chips, and a drink. While not required, pre-purchasing is more convenient and cost-effective.
On Friday nights, the Boosters provide dinner for the marching band & color guard before football games, usually around 5pm for home games. After half-time, around 9pm, students can take a break and visit the concession stand run by the Band Boosters.

Come support the band at Taco Mac on Thursday, 10/1. Just write "Roswell Band" on your receipt, drop it off in the box at the hostess stand, and the band gets the credit.

AMERIS CONCERTS CONCESSIONS - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
It’s that time of year again when the Roswell Band parents work concessions to support the band programs!
Volunteering at the concession stands at Amerisbank Amphitheatre is our largest annual fundraiser. This fast-paced work offers a fun opportunity to connect with other band parents while supporting our students. Plus, you’ll often get to enjoy some great music for free!
The concert/volunteer season runs from late April through October

Each shift earns a $40 credit for your student's band fees account
We especially need parents willing to get a pour license through the city of Alpharetta (cost is $50 - let us know if you're interested) – APPLY FOR YOUR LICENSE HERE
You do not need to be a band parent to volunteer, but you must be 18
We ask that each family volunteers for 4 (or more) shifts over the course of the season
All volunteers need to fill out a waiver and upload it to the Ameris portal. PRINT WAIVER HERE then upload it HERE
