LGPE PERFORMANCES A SUCCESS
Congratulations to our students and directors for a job well done with LGPE! The parents and volunteers who were able to see the performances were blown away by each band's performance. Those that were in attendance for Wind Ensemble's performance were also able to watch the students participate in the sightreading portion of LGPE. It was a fascinating glimpse into the process our directors and students go through when learning music, and they sounded great!
SPAIN TRIP DEPOSITS REQUESTED
We are very excited to participate in the 2024 “Cabalgata de Reyes Magos” celebration in Madrid, Spain. With this being such a large endeavor, we need to get going quickly to cultivate our traveler list and begin payment plans.
In order to have a more accurate count to negotiate pricing with the airlines, we are asking for an initial deposit of $200.00 per planned traveler (payable here). You also have the option to pay an alternate amount as a good-faith payment. Deposit is fully refundable prior to June 1, 2023.
We know this is a quick turnaround, and you may have questions. For any immediate questions, please email Mr. Roberts and Mr. Renfroe directly. We will also share the latest details and open for further questions at the next board meeting on Tuesday, March 21st at 7pm.
Additional payment schedule will be confirmed in the coming weeks once airline pricing is finalized. We will also be sharing some ways your student can earn credit towards the trip through some upcoming fundraising opportunities.
